This Privacy Policy describes how United International Group ("UIG", "we", "our") processes personal data submitted via our website, contact forms, the Strategic Consultation request workflow, and direct correspondence. UIG operates as a private advisory boutique and processes personal data only in connection with institutional engagement activities.

We process personal data on the basis of (a) your explicit consent, given at the point of submission, and (b) our legitimate interest in evaluating and responding to institutional inquiries. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it at any time.

All inquiries are treated as privileged. Submissions are stored on access-controlled systems, transmitted over encrypted channels, and reviewed only by authorised principals of the firm. Mutual non-disclosure agreements are executed before any sensitive context is exchanged.
Inquiry data is retained only for as long as is necessary to evaluate the engagement, comply with applicable record-keeping obligations, and document mandate decisions. Drafts saved locally in your browser via the consultation workflow remain solely on your device until you submit or clear them.
UIG operates from offices in Tripoli (Libya) and Romanshorn (Switzerland). Personal data submitted through this site may therefore be transferred to, and processed in, jurisdictions outside the European Economic Area.
